Bio

I grew up in Virginia Beach and studied at Wesleyan and Brown. I’ve been a magazine editor in New York, a copy editor in Mexico City, and a location scout in San Francisco. Gigs like driving limos in L.A., clearing trails in the Rockies, and selling art in Santa Fe further muddle my resume. Getting my MFA in Seattle was fun if nothing else. Ditto attending Bread Loaf, ThrillerFest, and the other writers’ conferences I’ve been to. I’ve backpacked in countries ranging from Thailand to Iceland. I live outside Boston and work as a ghostwriter for a consulting company.
